How it works

1. Choose a membership

Follow the link to Pricing and choose between Single bike or Unlimited bikes. We offer 1-, 3- and 5-year subscriptions with a discount on the longer terms.

2. Payment method

When you buy, enter your details and choose a payment method. We offer safe and secure online card payment.

3. Register your bike

When you register your bike you need to gather all the information about it — brand, model, colour and frame number. The frame number is usually printed on the receipt and engraved or molded into the frame itself. You can also upload up to 5 photos of the bike and the invoice.

4. Receive your Bike-ID sticker

After you have registered on our website you will receive sticker(s) free of charge by post. When the sticker arrives, place it visibly on your bike. The sticker is linked to the bike's frame number and makes it possible to identify the bike if it gets stolen and later recovered.

We help you if your bike is stolen

If the worst happens, the finder can scan the QR code on the sticker or look up the Bike-ID number and contact you anonymously through our platform.
