Found a bike? Through our system you can check if the bike is reported stolen and contact the owner anonymously. If the bike is not marked as stolen but you suspect it is, you can still reach the owner via BikeMember customer service. That way the owner gets the bike back quickly — and it is great to help others!

Search by the Bike-ID number on the BikeMember sticker or the frame number on the bike.
