Terms and conditions

These terms govern your membership in BikeMember ("we", "us", "BikeMember"). By registering as a member you accept these terms.

1. Membership

Membership is personal and starts when payment has been completed. The subscription runs for the chosen period (1, 3 or 5 years) and renews automatically unless cancelled.

2. Payment

Payment is made in advance by card. You can change or cancel the subscription at any time from My page. We do not refund the current period on cancellation, but downgrades extend the current period accordingly based on the remaining value.

3. Bike-ID sticker

The sticker is linked to the bike and must be placed visibly. If you lose the sticker you can order a replacement for a small fee.

4. Liability

BikeMember cannot guarantee that your bike will not be stolen, but we do our best to make it easier to get it back. Compensation in case of theft is governed by your own insurance company.

5. Privacy

We process personal data in line with our privacy policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email well in advance of taking effect.
