BikeMember AS is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your membership.

What data do we process?

• Name, address, email and phone number
• Information about your bike (brand, model, frame number, photos)
• Payment information (handled by our payment provider Stripe)
• Technical data (IP address, browser) for security and analytics

Why?

We process personal data to deliver the service, contact you when needed, fulfil legal obligations and improve the service.

How long do we store data?

We store data for as long as you are a member, and up to 5 years after the membership ends in order to comply with accounting legislation.

We use necessary cookies for login and checkout, and anonymised analytics cookies to improve the website.
